Werner’s Cheese Soup | ||||

Ingredients: | ||||

Ground Beef |

Dice the peppers and celery, set aside. Dice the onions and garlic and saute them with oil in a stock pot. When the onions are transparent add the tomato paste, celery and peppers, lightly saute, remove from pot and set aside. In the same pot brown the ground beef, adding oil as needed. When the beef is done, add the previously cooked vegetables, diced tomatoes, and broth, bring to a boil. Stir in the onion soup and the drained mushrooms. Seasoning to taste, add Sambal Oelek for the heat level you desire. Simmer for 15- Mix in the cheese and add more seasoning if necessary. |
