Heavy Cream |

Allow both ingredients to come to room temperature. Stir together in the glass jar and close. Let sit at room temperature for about 6 to 8 hours, until the cream thickens. Chill and it is ready to use. Can replace sour cream for a milder flavor. Keeps refrigerated for up to 7 days. |
